Present Second Appeal appears to be settled before the Mediator. The report dated 02.08.2022 shows that the matter is settled as per compromise deed dated 26.07.2022. The learned Mediator verified the contents of the settlement from the parties.

In view thereof, the compromise deed is taken on record. Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise deed dated 26.07.2022. The judgments passed by the learned Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal No.127/2002 as well as the learned Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No.102/2001 are hereby quashed and set aside. Decree be drawn accordingly.
