Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the decision of the Apex Court in case of Ranu Thakur v/s Dayashankar & another reported in 2015 ALL MR (Cri) 3676 (S.C.), to urge that there is a doubt about the blood sample for D.N.A.

The order impugned in this petition is purely interlocutory in nature and does not call for interference at this stage.

In view of above the petition dismissed.

All questions are left upon to be agitated in the proceedings, which are pending, at the time of hearing and also in appeal, if such occasion arises. JUDGE nandurkar
