Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.1.

2] Respondent No.1 is the husband of petitioner No.1. He has no objection if the disposal of domestic violence case is made time bound.

3] We are of the view that the case filed in the year 2017, under the provision of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, is now ripe for its final disposal, at the earliest and even the husband is also ready for the disposal of the same and therefore, this petition is deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed.

4] The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Akola is directed to
