The learned counsel for the parties point out that the period of detention is already over, and therefore, the immediate relief in this petition is rendered infructuous.

2] We, therefore, dispose of this petition as infructuous. However, we clarify that if, based on the impugned detention order, any further action is proposed to be taken against the petitioner, than the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge this order along with challenge to such proposed action, if any. 3] The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
