2) Though the Petitioner by filing this petition on 11 February 2022 seeks a direction to the Respondent Board to decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 28 July 2019 and that on the face of it, there is a delay in approaching this Court, it is not necessary

1402wp787.22 for us to dwell further on that aspect since the learned Counsel for the Respondent Board states that the inspection would be carried out and the report would be submitted to the State Government. The learned Counsel for the Respondent Board states that the Petitioner has filed the petition on behalf of three Colleges and inspection would require some time. The learned Counsel for the Respondent Board further states that two months' time will be required to carry out the inspection, which is justified as the inspection has to be a detailed one.
