Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The application for discharge filed by the applicant was rejected by the trial Judge. Learned A.P.P. pointed out the statement of deceased Ashok Khombe and submitted that it was the applicant who has pressurized the Talathi. The application for discharge has been rightly rejected since without recording the evidence, it would not be possible to discharge the applicant.

In view of above, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Revision No.18/2015 is dismissed.

(ii) Trial expedited.
