By letter dated 28/04/2025, the Additional Sessions Judge-1, Kelapur, District Yavatmal seeking extension of one year for completing the trial of S.C. 4/2022.

As per the reason assigned by him, four witnesses are already examined, 37 witnesses are cited, and therefore, time is required to dispose of the trial. The reason, though appeared to be not satisfactory, but considering 37 witnesses are cited and 10 to 12 material witnesses are yet to be examined.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Kelapur, District Yavatmal, shall dispose of the trial within six months, considering the accused is under trial prisoner. 4.

Informed the concerned Court accordingly.
