Perused reply. Parole has been rejected on two grounds. First one is - the Surety is not in a position to control the movements of petitioner. Second ground is - father and elder brother are available to look after mother.

Illness of mother therefore, is not available as ground. Hence, we do not find any jurisdictional error or perversity. Writ Petition is, thus rejected. No costs.
