DATED : 29 APRIL, 2016 The petitioner and the respondent are present in person with their respective Counsel. It is seen from the report filed by the Coordinator, Mediation Center that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled their dispute finally in between them in terms of agreement of settlement of dispute filed along with the report of the Coordinator. The petitioner and the respondent submitted that all the terms of the agreement are voluntarily entered into between them and are acceptable to them. They further undertake to abide by the terms of the agreement within the time period stipulated in respect of the respective terms. The agreement so reached between the petitioner and the

2 2904wp1091.16 respondent has been confirmed by the learned Counsel for the respective parties. Therefore, the agreement and the undertaking submitted by the petitioner and the respondent before this court are accepted.

The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the agreement between the petitioner and the respondent, which agreement they shall respect and abide by in its true spirit. The trial Court may appropriately consider the request, if made, by the parties for reducing the statutory period of six months for mutual divorce. No costs.
