Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.5A to 5E. 2.

There is a warrant issued under Section 40(1) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 in complaint No.SC10000728 filed by Pranali Puttewar. 3.

After the issuance of warrant by learned Member, it was sent by the learned Member under the cover of his letter dated 16.10.2019 to the Collector, Nagpur. 4.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that Collector, Nagpur is not executing the said warrant.

The grievance is raised by Nirmal Nagari Condominium an association duly registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Apartment of Ownership Act, 1970 as a petitioner, however, Pranali Puttewar in

wp2648.2021.odt whose complaint warrant has been issued has no grievance as can be seen from the fact that she has not approached this Court. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.

All the miscellaneous applications are disposed of. No costs.
