The learned Counsel for the respondents states that the appellant has expired during the pendency of the First Appeal on 26th June, 2015.

It prima facie appears that the cause to continue the appeal would not survive on the death of the appellant. The learned Counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in regard to the bringing of the Legal Representatives of the appellant on record.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the Family Court Appeal with no order as to costs.
