DATED : 05-09-2024 Our attention is invited to the order dated 27-5-2024 issued by the Education Officer, Primary Education, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, whereby the petitioner school is made admissible to the grant with effect from 01-11-2020. 2.

In that view of the matter, we see no reason to keep the petition pending. As such, the petition stands disposed of in view of the order dated 27-5-2024.

Liberty to the petitioner to approach afresh in case a cause to that effect arose.
