This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 1776 days in preferring an appeal against the judgment and award dated 04.02.2015, passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.16 of 2007.

Shri Kasat, learned counsel for Applicant/Appellant draws the attention of this Court to the application for condoning the delay as well as relies upon the decision of this Court dated 18.10.2022, in Civil Application (F) No.1104 of 2022 in First Appeal St. No.2040 of 2022.

Shri Shinde, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 and Ms Udeshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents No.2 and 3 have no objection if the delay is condoned.

For the reasons stated in the order of this Court dated 18.10.2022, the delay of 1776 days is hereby condoned.
