The Petitioner has sought her pay fixation. The Petitioner has directly approached this Court without calling upon the Respondent-authorities to carry out the pay fixation, as stated by the Petitioner in the Petition, and therefore there is no rejection of the Petitioner's request by the Respondent-authorities. It is not necessary for us to adjudicate this issue at the first instance, presuming that the Respondents would reject the request of the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will apply to the concerned Respondents with a request made in this Petition.

Upon receipt of the request, the concerned Respondents will go through the record and take necessary steps as per law and inform the Petitioner. Subject to other time-bound commitments, the concerned Respondents will take necessary decision as early as possible.
