Shri Doifode, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, states that if the application for discharge is pending, the petitioner can register her protest before the order is passed thereon. It is stated that if the application filed by the accused for their discharge is allowed, the petitioner can as well file a revision against the said order.
In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we dispose of the writ petition so that the petitioner could avail the appropriate remedy. Order accordingly.
