The civil application was filed as the non-applicant was allegedly harassing the applicant by making phone calls at his workplace. The non-applicant has now filed an affidavit stating therein that she would not call the applicant at the workplace and would not trouble the applicant.

The statement made in the undertaking is binding on the applicant.

In view of the aforesaid and specially in view of our orders passed from time to time in regard to the custody of the minor child, we dispose of this civil application with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application, if need arises. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
