The petitioner, an employee of the Municipal Council, who is respondent No.4, has sought the directions against the State Government to decide the claim for regularization of services forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No.1 vide communication dated 09.05.2023 and said proposal is produced by the petitioner at Annexure XV (page 62) of the petition.

Since the proposal is pending for almost two years, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Writ petition is partly allowed and disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
