We have perused the order dated September 13, 2022. 2.

We are informed by Mr. Dhore, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was already heard and the respondent is in process of passing an appropriate order in the matter. 3.

In the aforesaid background and having regard to the fact that nobody appears for the respondent - Zilla Parishad, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent - Zilla Parishad to pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 31st March, 2024. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
