Substantive prayer in the writ petition i.e. Prayer clause (a) is as below :

"a) Issue appropriate directions, issue appropriate direction to Respondent No.1 Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2021 at annexure H and grant him/her posting on vacant post within 30 kilometers from the posting of his/her spouse as contemplated in Government Resolution dated 27.02.2017 Annexure F, in the interest of justice." *Divya

The petition can be disposed of by issuing appropriate directions to the respondent in that regard.

As such, the respondent - The Chief Executive OfÏcer of Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, is directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the authenticated copy of this order.

The petitioner shall appear before the authority on 20th October, 2023. The authority, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, shall take the appropriate decision within four weeks thereafter.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

We make it clear that we have not considered the merits of the petition.
