Heard Shri S.P.Bhandarkar, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.S.Doifode, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in Crime No.610 of 2015 registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

From the reply filed by the non-applicant, it appears that the applicant had been co-operating with the investigation. The non-applicant has not been able to show that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. Considering the nature of the allegations and the facts on record, I am convinced that the applicant is entitled for pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the following order :

In the event of arrest in Crime No.610 of 2015 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.Ten Thousand with one solvent surety in the like amount.
