Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition in view of the objection raised by respondents about availability of alternate efficacious and effective remedy under the Code. Hence I make the following order:- Criminal Writ Petition No. 127 of 2015 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to take such proceedings as are available in law.

Interim order shall continue to operate for another four weeks.
