DATE : 01.07.2025 Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, states that the proposal for grant of regular approval in favour of the petitioner shall be submitted to respondent No.1 within two weeks from today, which shall be complete in all respect.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Once the proposal is submitted to respondent No.1, we direct respondent No.1 to decide the same expeditiously and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such proposal as we are informed that petitioner is working with respondent since 2010. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's services are not disputed by respondent Nos.2 and 3, there shall be

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
