1] Despite the order passed by this Court on 20.11.2019, the petitioner has not engaged a new Advocate in place of the earlier Advocate, who has unfortunately passed. Shri Chougule, the learned Advocate had addressed this Court and had stated that he would convey to the petitioner to engage another counsel. It is more than two months that nothing has been done by the petitioner and Shri Chougule submits that he has already intimated him by WhatsApp and SMS messages, which he has preserved.
2] Therefore, we find that the petitioner company does not seem to be interested in this matter. This petition is, therefore, dismissed in default.
3] If the petitioner company moves a civil application for seeking restoration of this petition, the same
