Without issuing notice to the non-applicants and for the reasons stated in the application and the miscellaneous civil application, the delay of 3 days in filing the
2 ca290.15 miscellaneous civil application is condoned and the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 27 th January, 2015 refusing the registration is set aside. The first appeal is restored. The civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed in the above terms.
The appellant shall remove the office objections within two weeks, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court with costs quantified at Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur. JUDGE Tambaskar.
