This is an application for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail.

Heard Mrs. Nisha Gajbhiye-Wasnik (appointed) for the applicant and Shri Maldhure, learned APP for the State. This is a case of matricide. The appellant/ applicant is found to be guilty of murder of his mother by administering poison.

Chemical analyser report also establishes the fact that deceased Panchfula died due to poisoning. Uttam, the first informant, is brother of present applicant who has witnessed the occurrence and his testimony is unblemished.

In that view of the matter, the application is rejected.
