Since no order prejudicial to the interest of respondent no.4 is being passed, the issuance of notice to the said respondent is not necessary.

The limited relief claimed in the petition is that though the revision application filed by the petitioner under Section 23 of the Mamlatdar Courts Act is pending before respondent no.1 for a considerable time, the same is not being decided.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the revision application filed by the present petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today after hearing all the concerned parties.
