Heard the learned counsel to some extent.

Perused the investigation papers, from which, it reveals that the involvement of the present applicant allegedly in committing the dacoity. I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after three months if trial is not concluded within three months. Considering the fact that the trial Court has already examined three witnesses and Prity

Liberty is granted to move before the Sessions Court, after six months if the trial is not concluded within six months.

The criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
