The Petitioner is a teacher working in the Respondent No.3 School run by the Respondent No.2-Trust. The Petitioner filed this petition making a grievance that the Petitioner's salary for the period from April, 2018 onwards is not being released for want of submission of salary bills of the Petitioner by the Respondent No.3-School. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondent No.1 submitted that as directed the Respondent No.3 has SKNair

939-wp-913-19.odt submitted the pay bills of the Petitioner from 1 April 2018 till 30 November 2020. That being the position, the Education Officer will have to proceed to take action as per the salary bills so submitted. 4.

The Respondent No.3-School will send salary bill of the Petitioner from 30 November 2020 onwards as well, within a period of two weeks. The Education Officer will process the pay bills and release the salary of the Petitioner.

In case, if there is any impediment in releasing the salary of the Petitioner, the Petitioner and Respondent No.3-School be informed in writing by the Education Officer within four weeks. If there is no such impediment, the salary bills be released within a period of four weeks from today.

The direction contained in order dated 17 December 2019, not to pay salary to Respondent No.3 stands vacated and the Respondent No.1 will release the salary of Respondent No.3-School as well, in case it has been withheld only for the reason of the order. 7.
