By the Civil application, the Applicants are seeking to incorporate a prayer that their pending representation before the Registrar of Companies be directed to be decided. Learned Senior Advocate for the Applicants states that after the amendment, the Applicants would be pressing this sole relief. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection if the application is allowed. Accordingly, the Civil SUMIT

2 / 2 3-WP-766-2022 Application is allowed. The amendment as sought for is granted. The amendment to be carried out within three working days. 3.

As regards the Writ Petition, since the amended prayer is the one pressed by the Petitioners, we do not find any reason to keep the Writ Petition pending, as the prayer to decide the representation can be granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in light of the amended prayer.

The Registrar of Companies will consider the representation made by the Petitioners as per law. 6.

We make it clear that we have not commented on the merits of the Petitioners' representation.

Learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners states that the representation be directed to be decided within a particular time frame.
