In view of the aforesaid, it would not be possible to bring on record legal heirs of the sole petitioner. Since their names are not available, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Needless to state that if the legal heirs of the petitioner seek restoration of the proceedings that request would be considered on its own merit.

Rule stands discharged. No costs.
