Learned counsel for the applicant by inviting my attention on the grounds raised in the application submitted that the counsel for applicant under bonafide impression left the Court and as such, when the matter was called out, the Court recorded the absence of the learned counsel. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the absence of the counsel was purely bonafide and unintentional. .....2/-

In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed.
