Heard Shri Maldhure, learned A.G.P. for the applicants/appellants and Shri M.R. Johrapurkar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 8.

Prayer is to condone delay of 6 days in filing appeal under Section 71[6] of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Reason for delay are explained on affidavit by Food Safety Officer.

Shri Johrapurkar, learned counsel is opposing the prayer for condonation of delay. 4.

However, the statement on affidavit does not appear to be false and has not been shown to be so. In this situation, as we do not see any malafides,
