The applicant/original complainant has filed this Application for condonation of delay of 602 days in filing the Application under section 378 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the contents of the Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that the delay caused is liable to be condoned. Hence the following order:

(i) Delay of 602 days is hereby condoned, subject to payment of the costs of Rs.500/- ( five hundred) to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur.

(ii) Criminal Application is allowed accordingly and disposed of.
