Civil application is disposed of accordingly. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO.2377 OF 2020 This is an application for restoration of the second appeal for which registration was refused for not filing the application for condonation of delay. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Second appeal be restored to the original file. 3.
