DATE : January 30, 2019 In this appeal filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, a common judgment in various reference proceedings is under challenge. It is submitted by Ms M. S. Naik, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellant that the said common judgment was also the subject matter of challenge in First Appeal Nos.193/2003 and 284/2003. By judgment dated 11/08/2010 this Court has maintained the said common judgment as regards the amount of compensation granted for the lands. Hence for the reasons stated in aforesaid judgment dated 11/08/2010 this appeal also stands dismissed. There would be no order as to costs. The claimant is at liberty to withdraw the amount of compensation if lying in deposit along with accrued interest.
