This application is for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

The notices issued to the respondents reported to be served, none appears for the respondents. 3.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Kukday for the appellant submitted that the counsel forwarded the documents for obtaining the legal opinion however, the legal opinion from the higher officials was not received within time and, therefore, delay of 180 is caused in preferring an appeal. The reason mentioned in the application appears to be just and reasonable one. 4.

In view of that, delay deserves to be condoned. In the result, Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 180 days is condoned.
