DATE: 18.02.2020 The applicant who is apprehending arrest in Crime 15/2020 which is registered for the offences punishable under Section 65(a) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 is seeking indulgence of this Court notwithstanding that as many as 16 similar offences are already registered against him. Since this Court was not inclined to entertain the application, the learned counsel Shri Mahesh Rai seeks leave to withdraw the application unconditionally.
