The petitioner who is serving as an Assistant Teacher at Panchayat Samiti, Anjangaon Surji, District - Amravati seeks consideration of her request to transfer her at a place nearer to the Amravati city for the reason that she is required to travel almost 160 kilometers for attending service. In that regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 11/1/2023 to respondent No.1 stating therein that one post of Resource Person would become vacant by 31/5/2023 at Panchayat Samiti, Bhatkuli on account of the retirement of the incumbent therein. The petitioner seeks consideration of her request in that regard.

2] Considering the aforesaid facts, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11/1/2023 and take a decision thereon within a period of three weeks from receiving copy of the order. The said representation be decided in accordance with law and the decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. 3] With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
