(2) By this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nagpur Division, Nagpur order dated 02.02.2021 whereby the Authorities below has rejected the revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act for not depositing 50% of the amount. Under Section 154 (2A) it is mandatory on the part of the petitioner, who challenged the order under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. Since the mandatory provisions are not complied with no error is committed in rejecting the revision. No case is made out. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. JUDGE Wagh
