13/02/2024 This is an application filed by respondent Nos.1 to 5 for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards the compensation. 2.

The reasons have been stated in the application. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Respondent Nos.1 to 5 are allowed to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount with the accrued interest. Respondent No.3-Rajesh s/o Ramkrushna Bhadake being constituted attorney for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount. Out of said 75% of the amount, 50% is allowed to be withdrawn on
