The prayer is for grant of enhanced compensation. 3.

It is urged that the issue is already covered by the order dated 15-3-2016 delivered in Writ Petition No. 6272/2015 which should have been adhered to by respondent No.1 in the matter of ordering payment of enhanced compensation.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.1 to treat this petition along with annexures as a representation of the petitioner. The petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 on 10-9-2024.

Let the decision be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before him.
