Mr.P.P.Pendke, learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent nos.1 and 2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notices to the respondent nos.3 and 4.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of disqualification dated 2nd December, 2024 passed by the Vasant Cooperative Shetkari Ginning and Pressing Factory (hereinafter referred to "the Factory"). 4.

The petitioner is an elected member of the Factory. The petitioner was served with the notices dated 2nd April, 2024 and 22nd September, 2024 by which he sought exemption by filing leave application from appearance on the aforesaid dates, however, subsequently by communication dated 2nd December, 2024, the petitioner was informed by the President of the Factory that he has been disqualified from the post of the Director as he had remained absent continuously for more than three meetings without any cogent reasons.

The petitioner being aggrieved of the aforesaid order, filed a complaint before the District Deputy Registrar. However, no order has been passed on either the application for stay or complaint filed by the petitioner, both of which are still pending before the District Deputy Registrar. Hence, this petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the District Deputy Registrar to decide the complaint submitted by the petitioner within time-bound manner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the complaint shall be decided within such time as this Court may fix.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the petitioner's complaint by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
