DATE : 22/04/2022 The respondent has tendered across the bar a pursis by which an unconditional apology has been tendered for not adhering the time schedule, as directed in the order dated 09.12.2021 and the dishonour of the cheques. A further Demand Draft of Rs. 16,30,000/- has also been tendered with the pursis and it is stated that the balance amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- has already been paid to the petitioner, which position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. So also Demand Draft for Rs. 10,000/- has also been tendered in favour of the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur in support of the bonafides expressed on account of the apology tendered, considering which, in my opinion, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the delay stands redressed by the tender of the

2cp40.22.odt unconditional apology, which I find to be genuine and sincere, considering which the contempt proceedings are dropped. The Demand Draft of Rs. 16,30,000/- has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner, which the petitioner would be entitled to encash.

The Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of the High Court Legal Service Sub Committee, Nagpur, be tendered to it during the course of the day.
