MARCH 18, 2016 The applicant was arrested in connection Crime No. 343/2104 for an offence punishable under Sections 489 (b) (c) and 34 of the IPC registered with Police Station, Wardha. The applicant is in jail since 04.08.2014. This is the second bail application filed by the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is pending before Sessions Court, Wardha and if the trial is expedited, the application would not be pressed.

In my opinion, since the applicant is in jail since 04.08.2014, it would be appropriate to expedite the trial. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.77/2016 is disposed of.

(ii) The trial Judge is directed to decide the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from today.
