The present petition is in respect of transfer of petitioner from partially aided primary division to aided primary division of Secondary School on same pay scale. The said subject is covered by the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024. Therefore, the petitioner is having alternate remedy to approach before the Committee. Once such grievance is raised before the Committee, we direct the Committee to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from filing of such application.
