The grievance of the petitioner is that by an order dated 26/07/2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 4523 of 2018, the petitioner was permitted to work at Zilla Parishad Pre-Middle School at Kawtha-Bahale, Taluka and District Amravati.

The learned advocate for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner is working at the said school presently. An additional affidavit is filed by the petitioner stating that one increment of the petitioner for the period of one year is withheld and the respondent is duty bound to give the same to the petitioner.

14 CP 74-2019.odt 2 Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to claim the same by filing appropriate proceedings, if he is so advised.
