We have gone through the prayer clauses. A prayer is made to pay the employees of Gram Panchayat Pay Scale according to the Government Notification dated 20/08/2022. The petitioner in this regard has made several representations.

Considering the nature of prayer made, we direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation made by the petitioner dated 20/09/2024 (pg.65) within a period of twelve weeks from today. 4.
