DATE : March 03, 2017 By these applications, the appellant seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent Nos.3 and 6 who have expired during pendency of the proceedings. Notice on the said applications is made returnable forthwith. Shri S. C. Bhalerao, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of said legal heirs.

Considering reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. After setting aside abatement and condoning delay the legal heirs of respondent Nos.3 and 6 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out by 06/03/2017.
