Shri V.P. Marpakwar, learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner is reinstated and monetary claim is also paid and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

The respondent No.5 has filed affidavit explaining the circumstances and tendering an unconditional apology. In the above facts, I see no reason to keep this contempt petition pending.

Hence, the notice of this contempt petition is discharged. The contempt proceedings are dropped. No order as to costs.
