Though the prayers made in the applications are opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the legal heirs of the respondent no.1, considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. After condoning the delay and setting aside abatement, the legal heirs of respondent no.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within a

period of one week from today.
